Raessa is a nurturing and compassionate trauma-informed wellness practitioner dedicated to empowering women on their journeys to health and healing. With a wealth of knowledge as a Certified Health Coach specializing in Hormone Health, Raessa brings a holistic approach to wellness. Her credentials include being a Certified Yoga Teacher with advanced studies in Mindfulness and Meditation, a Certified Reiki Master, and a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner.

Currently, Raessa is deepening her expertise by pursuing a Certification Program to become a Menopause Specialist, focusing on supporting women through the transformative phase of perimenopause. Since embarking on her path to help others in 2012, she has passionately led women’s circles and events in the Wilmington community since then.
