Experience Restorative Yoga, the practice of holding yoga poses and stillness longer than conventional yoga classes, while endulging in a bath of resonant , healing energy frequencies with the Energy Enhancement System. A space is provided to deeply relax the body and the mind, while reducing stress. This supportive space is conducive to going deep within the self to access the parasympathetic nervous system where healing occurs. This can lead to a lower heart rate and reduce blood pressure, while promoting deep relaxation. Both modalities provide benefits to body, mind, and spirit.
Restorative yoga uses props such as bolsters, blocks and blankets along with gentle assists, to help you find a comfortable pose. Restorative yoga’s gentle stretches can help improve flexibility, range of motion, and overall strength. It can also promote psychological well-being. The Energy Enhancement System uses specific wavelengths of light to harness and optimize the flow of energy for enhanced well-being and cellular repair. This includes scalar energy, biophotons, schumann resonance frequencies, angelic sounds and other resonant frequencies. The session is designed to enhance a deep feeling of inner peace.
Appropriate for all ages and all levels of yoga.
