“One Heart Collective” – Education & Meditation Livestream in the EESystem

This is a live virtual education & meditation event held in the EESystem room at The Quantum Journey. This is done simultaneously alongside other EESystems all over the world!

Special guest speaker: Ashley L Russo – Founder of The Health Rescue, Lifestyle Medicine For Your Home.

“Sacred Nourishment, Aligning Food Energy & The Divine Within” is designed to awaken us to start nourishing ourselves through intuition & a connection to our living environment versus meal plans and outsourcing more of our sacred abilities in this realm.

Ashley builds a beautiful bridge between the 5D & 3D, harnessing the sacred energy found in food as the muse. Ashley has a new (also ancient) approach to eating. She uses spiritual sciences to inspire the audience to build a stronger connection to the energy found in food. All plants have a unique vibration that is here to support us living in abundant health & vitality.

Ashley will also lead the global meditation. We are doing a personal favorite of mine called “The Meditation On Twin Hearts”! This experience will entail gentle breath-work, then relaxing states of stillness, followed by heart activation right before we do the twin heart process and send our love to the planet to promote world peace.

We’ll be streaming this event live in the EESystem room at The Quantum Journey, offering all 8 reclining chairs and 4 yoga mat seats.
