Embody Thyself to Empower Thyself: A Live Sound and Breathwork Experience

While exploring the conscious breath practices that Haley offers and receiving the sound frequencies that Luke emits, participants will cultivate resilience and are likely to reach places deep enough within their bodies to release any built-up trauma that we tend to push down, or just reach a new place of empowerment in their emotional wellbeing, by allowing the experience to raise one’s awareness towards recognizing how capable they truly are. Giving themselves the opportunity to move through new and uncomfortable breath patterns.
Haley and Luke offer a powerfully loving space for you to drop into thyself, as the powerful sovereign being you truly are. They carry a secure, trusting, and loving energy between the two of them, emanating throughout the entire space, creating a sense of security and acceptance for thyself to dive deeper and deeper internally through the breath. As they say “The better it gets, the better it gets.”
Your Practitioners:
Haley Marie is a Certified Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, while also having a diverse background in supporting others as a community-trusted birth and postpartum doula. Haley truly embodies a deep understanding of the body and the personal connection to the breath. She cultivates a safety net for all to be at ease. With her gentle nature and compassionate guidance, participants can experience deep healing, self-discovery, and transformation within her meditative style breathwork.
Luke Leuterio is a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner who has been evolving his practice over the last 4 years, but ultimately has been preparing to share his gifts his entire life. The main tools he uses during his sessions include (but aren’t limited to): Angel Harps, Buffalo Drum, Didgeridoo, Native Flute, Crystal Bowls, Hanging Harmonic Chimes, Symphonic Gong, and other things you’ll just have to be surprised by. 😉
Luke has developed personal relationships with all of his instruments, which enables him to get out of the way and let the instruments go to work as they call out to him. He transmutes the energy of the room, becoming one with the environment by helping to filter and channel through all the energies the participants are tapping into throughout the experience.

The cost is $88 and will grant you one of 8 available chair seats in the EESystem.
It is recommended to fast 1-2 hours before the session.
