Breathwork with Ryanna

Breathwork is a powerful access point to your inner self-healer! Whatever it is that is causing your suffering, from the physical to the emotional to the energetic, this trauma-informed style of breathwork can help you untangle the threads of tension and trauma around your pain. In this small group session inside the EESystem room, you will be coached to breathe in a way that works for you, guided into a powerful meditation and visualization, and be supported in receiving a rich 90-minute healing. At the start of the event, you will be offered the option to microdose with full instructions and support for using the dose with intention. The microdose is optional and may enhance the healing experience. The session will be facilitated by Ryanna Battiste, a trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator, Psychedelic Guide, and Board Certified Health Coach. She guides Self-Healers on a journey within to regulate and re-pattern, so they can heal the imprints of trauma and live with intention. It is recommended that you fast for 1-2 hours prior to the session.

The $111 option will reserve one of 8 available chairs in the EESystem room. Please bring water, a blanket, and an eye mask. If you do not have an eye mask, one will be provided.

The $89 option will reserve one of 6 available spots on a yoga mat on the floor of the EESystem room. Please bring your own yoga mat, water, and a blanket. Eye masks will be provided.
